Indeed was faced with the challenge of being a distant competitor in the Australian market. Overwhelming consumer feedback was that Indeed needed to start showing an understanding and support of local Australians, and customers wanted contributions to industry thought leadership. The true challenge for Indeed was to have a clear presence and role in the Australian market
We needed a different point of view, a robust content narrative to stand for, to repeat, that would lend itself to both audiences and one that the company could believe in.
Firstly, we audited all channels, looking for missed opportunities and areas for improvement; we dug deep to identify how we could establish a different point of view and a solid narrative to stand behind in a highly competitive marketplace.
From this, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion campaign was born - a multi-channel program powered by the most comprehensive study of diversity & inclusion in the workplace ever conducted in Australia. A strategic campaign with content created for each channel that grabbed attention and encouraged interaction, driving consumer acquisition and high-value sales.
