WYWM is tackling the global digital skills shortage while creating positive social impact. They are about human asset creation, finding and growing talent where others don’t look, in the under-represented groups of society.
Traditionally, the human resources sector has seen the workforce as ‘capital’ - an overhead that earns revenue. Global talent shortages mean firms need to rethink their approach to talent. Firms that nurture and grow people and consider their workforce an asset will win the war for talent.
The WYWM brand defines a new category; ‘human asset creation’, and explains the benefits for both candidates and corporates: positive social impact, an inclusive workforce, retrain to retain; all while solving the digital skills shortage.

The strategy unlocked the benefit by audience type and articulated the complex story in a way that made sense. We used an experience design exercise to identify the moments that matter and how to exceed expectations. The brand identity, strategy, messaging hierarchy, values, and visual assets were designed to bring the organization, and purpose, to life.
The brand design captures the tone of the business, the mindset of the candidates, and the ambition of the organizations that want to reinvent their most significant asset, their human asset.
It is human and expressive, tells the story, and instills the confidence to try a new way.
